Dr. Basavaraj Vastrad completed his B. Pharm from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and M. Pharm from The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, Tamilnadu. Presently, he is a Lecturer at Department of Pharmaceutics, having more than 10 years of teaching and 7 years of research experience. His areas of expertise include: solid state fermentation for antibiotics production and optimization of process parameters.
