Dr. V. H. Kulkarni has been graduated in B.Pharm and M.Pharm from Karnataka University, Dharwad. He obtained his Ph.D from Kuvempu University, Shimoga, Karnatak. Dr. Kulkarni has been the Principal of the pharmacy college since 2003. He is an able administrator coupled with  multiple interests in scientific developments in pharmacology. He has published important research papers in National and International journals of high repute. He is a member of Board of Studies (PG), Pharmacy Faculty, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and serving as the executive member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India. His mission is to guide and provide excellent educational and stimulating environment in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
