Mr. Chaitanya Kumar T completed his B. Pharm and M. Pharm degrees from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. He is working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmacy Practice, having 06 years of Pharm-D teaching and 3 years of research experience. 23 pharm-D students of 08 Pharm- D Projects were guided. His areas of expertise include: to provide pharmaceutical care services, drug and poison information services, patient counselling, identify drug-drug interactions, monitor adverse drug reactions, carry out therapeutic drug monitoring, help in drug dosage adjustment in special population and renal/hepatic patients, promote rational use of medicines and ultimately contribute to better patient care.
