Mrs. Smita Madagundi completed her B. Pharm and M. Pharm degrees from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. Presently, she is a Lecturer at Department of Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry. She has more than 12 years of teaching and 7 years of research experience. Her areas of expertise include: isolation, characterization and screening of various phytoconstituents from various medicinal plants.
